摘　　要：目的分析不同采血方法在妊娠期糖尿病临床筛查中的应用。方法选择70例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照采血方法不同分为观察组与对照组。每组35例。对照组实施采集末梢血法,观察组实施静脉留置针采血法。比较两组采血指标和焦虑、抑郁情绪水平。结果两组采血指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者使用静脉留置针采血是有效且可行的,还可改善患者负面情绪,有利于提高舒适度和满意度,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To analyze the application of different blood collection methods in clinical screening of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 70 patients with gestational diabetes were selected as subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to different blood collection methods.There were 35 patients in each group.Peripheral blood collection was performed in the control group,and intravenous indwelling needle was performed in the observation group.Blood collection indexes and anxiety and depression levels were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in blood collection indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no signifi cant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood collection with intravenous indwelling needle is effective and feasible for gestational diabetes patients.It can also improve patients'negative emotions,improve comfort and satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
