摘　　要：目的:调查海南某高校学生土源性肠道寄生虫感染及卫生行为情况,为当地开展寄生虫感染防治工作提供参考依据。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,以海南某高校在校生为调查对象,采集粪便标本用饱和盐水漂浮法和直接涂片法检测土源性肠道寄生虫(蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫)的感染情况。通过发放问卷了解学生的寄生虫感染知识及行为情况。结果:海南某医学高校在校生土源性肠道寄生虫(蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫)感染率为0.24%;不同年级学生、不同生源地的学生的寄生虫知识结构存在差异,具有统计学意义。结论:大学生群体寄生虫感染率低和文化水平、良好的生活行为有关系。Objective:To investigate the situation of soil-borne intestinal parasite infection and hygiene behavior of university students in Hainan,and to provide reference for the prevention and control of parasite infection.Methods:The method of stratified cluster random sampling was used to collect fecal samples from students in a university in Hainan.The infection of soil derived intestinal parasites(Ascaris lumbricoides,hookworm,whipworm)was detected by saturated salt water floating method and direct smear method.Students'knowledge and behavior of parasitic infection were investigated through questionnaires.Results:The infection rate of soil borne intestinal parasites(Ascaris lumbricoides,hookworm,whipworm)among students in a Medical University in Hainan was 0.24%;There are significant differences in parasite knowledge structure among students of different grades and students from different places of origin.Conclusion:The low parasite infection rate of college students is related to their education level and good life behavior.
