摘　　要：研制一种专门避免俯卧位患者关键部位受压的气垫床。该气垫床主要分为两个部分:床垫与相应位置的气囊,其中气囊分为上、中、下三个部分,与床垫活动性连接、气囊位置以及结构均可调整,以适应俯卧位时人体受压部位的不同,减轻受压部位所受压力。上部也即头部气囊呈马蹄形,中空与外界空气相同,中部也即胸部气囊有相连双圆形凹槽,下部气囊中间设有倒三角式的凹槽,所有气囊侧面均设有充排气口与控制管道相接,根据患者情况调整充放气的时间与间隔。针对患者俯卧位时身体特点导致受压部位的不同,本俯卧位气垫床旨将易于受压重点部位放置于凹槽内减少压迫,以此来预防俯卧位对患者造成损伤,同时避免压疮,还能使患者在达到视网膜复位效果的同时保持舒适。An air cushion bed was developed to avoid the pressure on key parts of patients in prone position.The air cushion bed is mainly divided into two parts:the mattress and the air bag at the corresponding position.The air bag is divided into upper,middle and lower parts,which can be flexibly connected with the mattress,and the position and structure of the air bag can be adjusted to adapt to the different pressure parts of the human body in prone position and reduce the pressure on the pressure parts.The upper part,that is,the head airbag,is horseshoe shaped,hollow and the same as the outside air.The middle part,that is,the chest airbag,has a connected double circular groove.The middle part of the lower airbag is provided with an inverted triangle groove.All sides of the airbag are provided with air charging and discharging ports to connect with the control pipes.The time and interval of air charging and discharging are adjusted according to the patient's conditions.In view of the difference of pressure parts caused by the patient's physical characteristics in prone position,this prone position air cushion bed aims to place the key parts easy to be compressed in the groove to reduce compression,so as to prevent the patient from being injured in prone position,avoid pressure sores,and keep the patient comfortable while achieving the retinal repositioning effect.
