大承气汤灌肠联合热奄包治疗腹腔高压临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究大承气汤灌肠联合热奄包治疗腹腔高压临床效果。方法:研究对象来自2021年1月1日至2022年7月31日我院收治的患者,根据纳入和排除标准筛选,共获得60例患者参与研究。根据随机平均的原则分入对照组和观察组。对照组实施常规治疗。观察组实施常规治疗的同时给予大承气汤灌肠联合热奄包治疗。结果:两组治疗后均获得了较高的治愈率,但观察组较高(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后急性生理与慢性健康评分、序贯器官衰竭评分、腹膜刺激征评分、肠鸣音次数、腹腔内压、C反应蛋白和ICU治疗时间比对照组更优(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论:大承气汤灌肠联合热奄包治疗腹腔高压临床效果明确,在改善健康状况、防止器官衰竭、减轻临床症状、抑制炎症反应、缩短住院时间方面有明显的优势。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Dachengqi Decoction enema combined with Reyan Bao in the treatment of abdominal hypertension.Methods:The subjects were patients admitted to our hospital from January 1,2021 to July 31,2022.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 patients were selected to participate in the study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random average.The control group received routine treatment.The observation group was treated with Dachengqi decoction enema combined with hot package therapy.Results:Both groups achieved higher cure rate after treatment,but the observation group had higher cure rate(P<0.05).After treatment,the acute physiology and chronic health score,sequential organ failure score,peritoneal irritation sign score,intestinal sounds frequency,intraperitoneal pressure,C-reactive protein and ICU treatment time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reaction occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:Dachengqi Decoction enema combined with Reyan Bao has a clear clinical effect in the treatment of abdominal hypertension,and has obvious advantages in improving health status,preventing organ failure,reducing clinical symptoms,inhibiting inflammatory reaction,and shortening hospital stay.
