摘　　要：目的研究中西医结合护理对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者生活质量及并发症的影响。方法选择2019至2020年住院治疗的150例DN患者,随机分为试验组、参照组,每组75例。参照组均接受传统护理,试验组在参照组基础上给予中医护理,比较2组临床疗效、血糖指标[餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、空腹血糖(FPG)]、血脂指标[低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)]、肾功能指标[24 h尿蛋白定量(24 hUPro)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)]、并发症、生活质量简易量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分。结果试验组临床总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05),护理后试验组2hPG、FPG、LDL-C、TG、TC、24hUPro、BUN、SCr、并发症发生率均低于参照组(P<0.05),护理后试验组WHOQOL-BREF评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理可有效调节DN患者血糖、血脂,改善肾功能及生活质量,减少并发症,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate the effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing on the life quality and complications of patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of 150 patients with DN who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 75 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional nursing,however,those in experimental group,on the basis of control group,were treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose indexes(2hPG and FPG),blood lipid indexes(LDL-C,TG,TC),and renal function indexes(24hUPro,BUN,SCr),complicatins and WHOQOL-BREF score were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the total clinical effective rate(97.33%)in experimental group was significantly higher than that(81.33%)in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the levels of 2hPG,FPG,LDL-C,TG,TC,24hUPro,BUN,SCr,and the incidence of complications in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,but,the WHOQOL-BREF scores in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thr integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing can effectively regulate blood sugar and blood lipids in patients with DN,improve renal function and life quality of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications,thus,it is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
