中重度宫腔粘连分离术后采用Foley球囊导尿管联合透明质酸钠预防再粘连的效果

摘　　要：目的分析中重度宫腔粘连分离术后采用Foley球囊导尿管联合透明质酸钠预防再粘连的效果。方法选取于本院行中重度宫腔粘连分离术的患者50例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组25例。术后,对照组采用普通不锈钢圆环联合透明质酸钠治疗,研究组采用Foley球囊导尿管联合透明质酸钠治疗。比较两组患者的宫腔再粘连情况、治疗效果及月经恢复状况。结果研究组宫腔再粘连率为4.00%,明显低于对照组的24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率及月经恢复良好率分别为96.00%、96.00%,均显著高于对照组的76.00%、72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中重度宫腔粘连分离术后采用Foley球囊导尿管联合透明质酸钠预防再粘连的效果良好,可减少宫腔再粘连,促进月经恢复,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of Foley balloon catheter combined with sodium hyaluronate on preventing readhesion after separation of moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions.Methods 50 patients who undement separation of moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions in our hospital were selected as the research objects and were divided into a study group and a control group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.After operation,the control group was treated with ordinary stainless steel ring combined with sodium hyaluronate,and the study group was treated with Foley balloon catheter combined with sodium hyaluronate.The uterine readhesion,therapeutic effect and menstrual recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The intrauterine readhesion rate of the study group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 24.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate and good menstrual recovery rate of the study group were 96.00%and 96.00%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 76.00%and 72.00%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Foley balloon catheter combined with hyaluronic acid after separation of moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions has a good effect on preventing readhesions,which can reduce intrauterine readhesions and promote menstrual recovery,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
