戊酸雌二醇联合间苯三酚在绝经后取环中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨戊酸雌二醇联合间苯三酚在绝经后取环中的应用。方法选取于本院妇科门诊就诊要求取环的绝经后妇女48例为研究对象,依据随机排列表法将其平均分为对照组及研究组,对照组24例于术前口服戊酸雌二醇,研究组24例在此基础上于术前注射间苯三酚,比较两组患者的宫颈软化程度、术中疼痛程度及取环效果。结果研究组宫颈软化率为100%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术中疼痛率为12.50%,低于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组取环顺利率为83.33%,高于对照组的50.00%,取环困难率为12.50%,低于对照组的41.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绝经后取环术前联合使用戊酸雌二醇及间苯三酚可提高患者宫颈软化程度,减轻手术疼痛,提升取环顺利度,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the application of estradiol valerate combined with phloroglucinol in postmenopal intrauterine device extraction.Methods A total of 48 postmenopausal women who requested ring extraction in the Gynecological Outpatient Department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random table method,the patients were divided into a control group and a study group:the control group(24 cases)received estradiol valerate orally before surgery,on this basis,the study group(24 cases)received phloroglugecoline injection before surgery.The degree of cervical softening,intraoperative pain and the effect of ring removal were compared between the two groups.Results The cervical softening rate of the study group was 100%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of intraoperative pain in the study group was 12.50%,lower than 50.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of ring extraction in the study group was 83.33%,higher than 50.00%in the control group,and the difficulty rate was 12.50%,lower than 41.67%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of estradiol valerate and phlorogluphenol before postmenopausal intrauterine device extraction can improve the degree of cervical softening,reduce surgical pain and improve the smoothness of ring extraction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
