益气除湿解毒汤联合重组人干扰素治疗宫颈HPV感染的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨益气除湿解毒汤联合重组人干扰素治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的效果。方法选取本院收治的62例宫颈HPV感染患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,每组31例。对照组采用重组人干扰素治疗,研究组在此基础上采用益气除湿解毒汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率、远期HPV转阴率及治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率为87.10%,高于对照组的64.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为3.23%,低于对照组的22.58%,随访3个月后HPV转阴率为83.87%,高于对照组的58.06%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气除湿解毒汤联合重组人干扰素治疗宫颈HPV感染的效果理想,能提高HPV转阴率,降低不良反应发生率,且能改善患者免疫功能,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Chushi Jiedu Decoction combined with recombinant human interferon on cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 62 patients with cervical HPV infection in our hospital were selected as research objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon,and the study group was treated with Yiqi Chushi Jiedu Decoction on this basis.The therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions,long-term negative HPV conversion rate and peripheral blood T lymphocyte levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effective rate of the study group was 87.10%,which was higher than 64.52%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.23%,lower than 22.58%in the control group;alter 3 months of follow-up,the negative HPV conversion rate was 83.87%,higher than 58.06%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Chushi Jiedu Decoction combined with recombinant human interferon has an ideal effect in the treatment of cervical HPV infection,which can improve the negative rate of HPV,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the immune function of patients,worthy of clinical promotion and use.
