生物反馈电刺激联合熏洗治疗产后盆底功能障碍1例并文献复习

摘　　要：女性盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)主要表现为盆腔器官脱垂(POP)和压力性尿失禁(SUI)。妊娠分娩是PFD的第一位危险因素。有学者认为产后盆底康复治疗的黄金时段是产后42 d至产后3个月,经治疗的女性产后SUI及POP的发生率均有所下降。本文在进行凯格尔运动的基础上,通过生物反馈电刺激联合中药熏洗治疗1例产后盆底功能障碍患者,取得良好效果,现将诊治过程报道如下,并进行文献复习,供临床参考。Female pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)is mainly manifested by pelvic organ prolapse(POP)and stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Pregnancy and delivery are the leading risk factor for PFD.Some scholars believe that the prime time for postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation is from 42 days to 3 months after delivery,and the incidence of postpartum SUI and POP in treated women has decreased.In this paper,on the basis of Kegel exercise,a patient with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction was treated by biofccdback electrical stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,and good results were achieved.The diagnosis and treatment process is reported as follows,and literature review is conducted for clinical reference.
