摘　　要：目的分析人工流产术后护理中应用流产后关爱(PAC)优质服务的效果。方法选取于本院接受人工流产术的患者120例为研究对象,采用红蓝球随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受PAC优质服务。比较两组患者的不良情绪、护理满意度及避孕知识掌握情况。结果护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组SAS、SDS评分分别为(42.14±4.11)、(41.36±4.08)分,均低于对照组的(51.63±5.19)、(53.12±5.11)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度评分及避孕知识掌握评分分别为(90.15±5.11)、(88.74±4.56)分,均高于对照组的(82.63±4.63)、(78.98±4.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术后护理中应用PAC优质服务的效果理想,可缓解患者不良情绪,提高其对避孕知识的掌握程度,且患者对护理的满意度更高,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of post-abortion care(PAC)quality service applied to nursing after induced abortion.Methods A total of 120 patients who received induced abortion in our hospital were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by red and blue balls,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received PAC quality service.The negative mood,nursing satisfaction and contraceptive knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were decreased,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were(42.14±4.11)and(41.36±4.08)points,respectively,which were lower than(51.63±5.19)and(53.12±5.11)points of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score and contraceptive knowledge score of the observation group were(90.15±5.11)and(88.74±4.56)points,respectively,which were higher than(82.63±4.63)and(78.98±4.13)points of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PAC quality service after induced abortion has ideal effect,which can relieve patients'bad mood,improve their mastery of contraceptive knowledge,and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
