正位无创助产技术在低危初产妇正常分娩中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨正位无创助产技术在低危初产妇正常分娩中的应用效果。方法选取于本院分娩的200例低危初产妇为研究对象,根据助产方案不同将其分为对照组及观察组,每组100例。对照组采用常规助产措施,观察组采用正位无创助产技术。比较两组安全性、分娩疼痛程度、产后恢复情况及满意度。结果观察组会阴切开发生率为22.00%,低于对照组的35.00%,无侧切率为59.00%,高于对照组的18.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组会阴撕裂伤程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组分娩疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)为(1.82±0.60)分,低于对照组的(5.47±1.65)分,产后下床活动时间及住院时间分别为(1.33±0.42)、(3.17±1.04)d,均短于对照组的(2.68±0.80)、(5.84±1.63)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对助产模式的总满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正位无创助产技术能降低正常分娩低危初产妇的会阴切开率,减轻其会阴撕裂程度,促进产后康复,产妇对助产服务的满意度高。Objective To investigate the effect of noninvasivc midwifery technique in the normal delivery of low risk primipara.Methods 200 cases of low risk primiparas who gave birth in our hospital were selected as research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different midwifery programs,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received conventional midwifery measures,and the observation group received orthostatic noninvasive midwifery techniques.The two groups were compared for safety,labor pain,postpartum recovery and satisfaction.Results The incidence of perineotomy in the observation group was 22.00%,lower than 35.00%in the control group,and the non-lateral resection rale was 59.00%,higher than 18.00%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of perineal laceration in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The delivery pain visual analog scale(VAS)score in the observation group was(1.82±0.60)points,which was lower than(5.47±1.65)points in the control group,the time of getting out of bed and staying in hospital after delivery were(1.33±0.42)and(3.17±1.04)days,respectively,which were shorter than(2.68±0.80)and(5.84±1.63)d in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 84.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The non-invasive midwifery technique can reduce rate of perineotomy and the degree of perineal tear in the normal delivery of low risk primipara,promote postpartum recovery,and the satisfaction of parturients with midwifery service is high.
