家庭化产房下无痛分娩的效果

摘　　要：目的分析在产妇分娩中采用家庭化产房下无痛分娩的效果。方法选取本院接收的产妇80例为研究对象,通过随机双盲法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组产妇接受常规分娩干预,观察组产妇接受家庭化产房下无痛分娩干预。对比两组产妇的产程时间(第一产程、第二产程、第三产程)、产后出血量(胎盘娩出、产后1h、产后2h)及护理满意度。结果观察组产妇第一产程、第二产程、第三产程时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇胎盘娩出、产后1 h、产后2 h出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组产妇护理满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产妇分娩护理中应用家庭化产房下无痛分娩的效果显著,能促进其分娩,减少产后出血量,提升产妇护理满意度,值得推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of painless delivery in family delivery room.Methods A total of 80 parturients received in our hospital were selected as the research objects and were divided into an observation group and a control group by random double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine delivery intervention,and the observation group received painless delivery intervention in the family delivery room.The labor time(first stage of labor,second stage of labor,third stage of labor),postpartum blood loss(placenta delivery,postpartum 1 h,postpartum 2 h)and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The first stage of labor,second stage of labor and third stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in blood loss after placenta delivery,postpartum 1 h and postpartum 2 h between the two groups(P>0.05).The maternal nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%,higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of painless delivery in the family delivery room in maternal delivery nursing has significant effect,can promote maternal delivery,reduce postpartum blood loss,improve the satisfaction of maternal care,worthy of popularization.
