摘 要:目的探讨输血科案例库线上线下相结合实习带教模式的应用价值。方法选择2019年5月—2020年5月文山壮族苗族自治州人民医院实习生100名,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各50名。对照组用传统带教方法进行带教,试验组应用案例库线上线下相结合的新式教学模式进行学习,比较两组教学效果。结果教学结束以后,试验组学生的教学认可度明显比对照组的教学认可度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组学生的考核成绩进行比较可得,试验组的考核成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用案例库线上线下相结合带教模式对输血实习生进行带教,应用效果较好,可以提升学生对教学的认可度,同时也能提高学生的考核成绩,为输血专业实习带教模式提供了新方向。Objective To explore the application value of the combination of online and offline practice teaching mode in the case library of blood transfusion department.Methods A total of 100 interns in the People’s Hospital of Wenshan Prefecture from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an experimental group,50 in each group,using a random number table method.The control group was taught by the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group was taught by the new teaching mode combining the case base online and offline.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results After the end of teaching,the teaching recognition of the experimental group students was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The online and offline teaching mode of the case library is used to teach blood transfusion trainees.The application effect is good.It can improve students’recognition of teaching,and at the same time,it can also improve students’assessment results.It is a teaching mode for blood transfusion professional practice and provides a new direction.
