甲巯咪唑、甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗糖尿病合并甲亢的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究甲巯咪唑、甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)患者的临床效果。方法86例糖尿病合并甲亢患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组采用甲巯咪唑联合甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合阿卡波糖治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后甲状腺素、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.02%,高于对照组的72.09%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者甲状腺素、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平分别为(5.84±1.64)μg/dl、(6.27±1.33)mmol/L、(9.16±1.04)mmol/L,均低于对照组的(8.68±1.35)μg/dl、(8.24±1.27)mmol/L、(10.82±1.12)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用甲巯咪唑、甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗糖尿病合并甲亢能有效提高临床效果,改善患者血糖指标和甲状腺素水平,值得临床推荐。Objective To study the clinical effect of methimazole and insulin glargine combined with acarbose in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus and hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 86 patients with diabetes mellitus and hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methimazole combined with glargine insulin,and the observation group was treated with acarbose on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and the levels of thyroxine,fasting glucose and 2 h postprandial glucose before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.02%,which was higher than 72.09%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the thyroxine,fasting glucose and 2 h postprandial glucose levels in the observation group were(5.84±1.64)μg/dl,(6.27±1.33)mmol/L and(9.16±1.04)mmol/L,which were lower than(8.68±1.35)μg/dl,(8.24±1.27)mmol/L and(10.82±1.12)mmol/L in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of methimazole,insulin glargine and acarbose in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with hyperthyroidism can effectively improve the clinical effect and blood glucose index and thyroxine levels,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
