自制中药包热敷穴位配合离子导入对退行性膝骨关节炎患者的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自制中药包热敷穴位配合离子导入对退行性膝骨关节炎患者的治疗效果及对其生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年12月普陀区长风街道白玉社区卫生服务中心收治的194例退行性膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用简单随机化分组法分为干预组和对照组,各97例。对照组实施常规治疗,干预组应用自制中药包热敷穴位配合离子导入治疗。对比两组关节炎指数评分、生活质量评分及临床疗效。结果:干预组疼痛、僵硬、功能障碍评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组第1阶段治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组第2、3阶段治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制中药包热敷穴位配合离子导入能缓解退行性膝骨关节炎引起的疼痛、僵硬、活动障碍等症状,提高患者生活质量,治疗效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine bag hot compress on acupoints combined with iontophoresis in treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis and its influence on the quality of life.Methods:A total of 194patients with degenerative knee osteoarthritis who were admitted to Baiyu Community Health Service Center in Changfeng Street of Putuo District from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into intervention group and control group by simple randomization grouping method,with 97 patients in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the intervention group was given self-made traditional Chinese medicine bag hot compress on acupoints combined with iontophoresis.Arthritis index score,quality of life score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of pain,stiffness and dysfunction in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physiological functioning,somatic pain and social function in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate of the first stage treatment(P>0.05);The total effective rate of the second and third stage treatments in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made traditional Chinese medicine bag hot compress on acupoints combined with iontophoresis can relieve the pain,stiffness,activity disorder and other symptoms caused by degenerative knee osteoarthritis,improve the quality of life of patients,and the treatment effect is significant.
