住院患者个性化护理感知现状与护患关系信任度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:调查住院患者对个性化护理的感知现状,分析其与护患信任度的关系。方法:选取2020年9-12月武汉市第一医院收治的248例患者作为研究对象,应用个性化护理量表(ICS-P)、护患关系信任度量表评估所有患者对个性化护理服务的感知水平及对护士的信任度,分析患者个性化护理感知水平对护患关系信任度的影响。结果:个性化护理量表(ICS-P)、分量表ICS-P-A、ICS-P-B与护患关系信任度总分呈正相关(r>0.8);多元回归分析:年龄、文化程度、住院时间、ICS-P均是护患关系信任度的独立影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:患者对个性化护理的感知可影响护患关系信任度水平,需对患者实施个性化护理。Objective:To investigate the current situation of inpatients’perception of personalized nursing,and to analyze its relationship with nurse-patient trust.Methods:A total of 248 patients admitted to Wuhan No.1 Hospital from September 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.The Individualised Care Scale-Patient(ICS-P)and the Nursing-Patient Relationship Trust Scale were used to evaluate the perception level of all patients for personalized nursing services and the trust for nurses,and the influence of patients’perception level of personalized nursing on the trust of nurse-patient relationship was analyzed.Results:The ICS-P and its subscales ICS-P-A and ICS-P-B were positively correlated with the total score of nursepatient relationship trust(r>0.8).Multiple regression analysis:the age,education level,length of hospital stay,and ICS-P were independent influencing factors of nurse-patient relationship trust,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients’perception of personalized nursing affects the level of trust in nurse-patient relationship,and personalized nursing should be implemented on patients.
