加速康复外科联合持续护理对良性前列腺增生患者术后康复的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究加速康复外科(ERAS)联合持续护理对良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者术后康复的影响。方法:选取2020年2月-2022年1月南京医科大学附属南京医院治疗的86例BPH患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施ERAS联合持续护理,比较两组康复指标、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)及生活质量评分。结果:观察组术后首次下床时间、导尿管留置时间及术后住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组IPSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前1 d,两组生理功能、疾病状况、社会交往、满意度、心理状态各项生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月,两组生理功能、疾病状况、社会交往、满意度、心理状态各项生活质量评分均高于术前1 d,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对BPH患者采用ERAS联合持续护理,有利于改善其临床症状,提升术后康复效果。Objective:To study the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)combined with continuous nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods:A total of 86 BPH patients treated in Nanjing First Hospital,Nanjing Medical University from February 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the nursing mode,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given ERAS combined with continuous nursing.The rehabilitation index,international prostate symptom score(IPSS)and quality of life score in the two groups were compared.Results:The first ambulation time,urinary catheter indwelling time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IPSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 day before surgery,there were no significant differences in the quality of life scores of physiological function,disease status,social communication,satisfaction and psychological state between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 months after surgery,the quality of life scores of physiological function,disease status,social communication,satisfaction and psychological state in the two groups were higher than those at 1 day before surgery,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:ERAS combined with continuous nursing in BPH patients helps to improve the clinical symptoms and postoperative rehabilitation effect.
