摘 要:目的分析阴道炎五项指标联合检测在阴道微生态评价中的价值。方法抽选2020年1月-2021年6月本院妇产科门诊就诊的162例患者,均进行阴道分泌物功能酶[过氧化氢(H2O2)、白细胞酯酶(LE)、β-葡萄糖醛酸苷酶(GUS)、唾液酸酶(Sna)、乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)]测定与常规湿镜检测,比较阴道炎五项指标联合检测与常规湿镜检测的检出阳性率以及菌群正常与菌群异常间五项指标阳性率。结果菌群正常者92例,菌群异常者70例。阴道炎五项指标联合检测检出阳性率为77.16%,与常规湿镜检测的77.78%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。菌群正常与菌群异常H2O2、LE、GUS、Sna、NAG阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道炎五项指标联合检测操作简便快捷,可有效提示阴道微生态改变,有助于临床早期发现阴道炎。Objective To analyze the value of combined detection of five indicators of vaginitis in vaginal microecological evaluation.Methods A total of 162 patients who visited the obstetrics and gynecology clinic of our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected for the determination of vaginal secretion functional enzymes[hydrogen peroxide(H2O2),leukocyte esterase(LE),β-glucuronidase(GUS),sialidase(Sna),N-acetylglucosaminidase(NAG)]and routine wet lens detection.The positive rates of combined detection of five indicators of vaginitis and routine wet lens detection and the positive rates of five indicators between normal flora and abnormal flora were compared.Results There were 92 cases of normal flora and 70 cases of abnormal flora.The positive rate of combined detection of five indicators of vaginitis was 77.16%,which was compared with 77.78%of conventional wet lens detection,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the positive rates of H2O2,LE,GUS,Sna and NAG between normal flora and abnormal flora(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of the five indicators of vaginitis is simple and quick,which can effectively prompt the vaginal micro-ecological changes,and is contribute to early clinical detection of vaginitis.
