摘　　要：目的观察针灸联合艾灸治疗小儿面瘫的效果。方法选取2019年1月-2022年1月无锡儿童医院收治的60例面瘫患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例,行针灸治疗)与观察组(30例,行针灸联合艾灸治疗),比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、实验室指标[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)]、面部残疾指数(FDI)。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组中医症状积分(口角歪斜、眼睑闭合不全、额纹及鼻唇沟变浅)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组MDA水平低于对照组,SOD、NO水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组FDIP评分高于对照组,FDIS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合艾灸治疗小儿面瘫疗效肯定,可缓解患儿临床症状,改善血清相关指标,促使面部神经功能恢复。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with moxa-wool moxibustion in the treatment of children with facial paralysis.Methods A total of 60 children with facial paralysis who were admitted to Wuxi Children's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group(30 cases,receiving acupuncture and moxibustion)and observation group(30 cases,receiving acupuncture and moxibustion combined with moxa-wool moxibustion).The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,laboratory indicators[malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO)],and facial disability index(FDI)were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group(deviation of mouth angle,incomplete closure of eyelid,shallowing of frontal striae and nasolabial sulcus)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of MDA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of SOD and NO were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The FDIP score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the FDIS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with moxa-wool moxibustion has a positive effect on the treatment of children with facial paralysis,which can relieve the clinical symptoms of children,improve serum-related indicators,and promote the recovery of facial nerve function.
