摘 要:绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)是绝经后妇女常见的全身性、代谢性骨病,以骨量降低和骨组织微结构破坏、退化为特征,增加了绝经后妇女骨折的风险。现有研究显示长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在调节成骨细胞分化、破骨细胞分化等方面有重要作用。本文就lncRNA在PMOP中调控骨代谢的作用、与微小RNA(miRNA)及雌激素的相互作用等方面展开综述,以期为临床PMOP的诊治提供一定参考。Postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)is a common systemic and metabolic bone disease in postmenopausal women.It is characterized by decreased bone mass and destruction and degradation of bone microstructure,which increases the risk of fracture in postmenopausal women.Existing studies have shown that long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)plays an important role in regulating osteoblast differentiation and osteoclast differentiation.This article reviews the role of lncRNA in regulating bone metabolism in PMOP and its interaction with microRNA(miRNA)and estrogen,in order to provide some reference for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical PMOP.
