摘　　要：中医理论是中医学的指导与核心,与历史、地理、经济等因素有着千丝万缕的联系,文章分析探讨了其对中医理论形成和发展的原因及影响,并结合时政,指出近代中医科研创新的不足之处,真正的中医现代化应该是中医理论的现代化。以期为今后更加深入、系统地研究中医理论体系、切实践行中医药创新,最终为实现中医药现代化这一伟大目标提供指导与建议。The theory of traditional Chinese medicine is the guidance and core of traditional Chinese medicine, which is inextricably linked with history, geography, economy, and other factors. This paper analyses the reason and influence of the formation and development of traditional Chinese medicine theory from historical, geographical, and economic perspectives. Combined with current politics,this paper points out the shortcomings of modern Chinese medicine innovation and thinks that the real modernization of traditional Chinese medicine should be the modernization of its theory. This paper can provide guidance and suggestions for the further and systematic study of the traditional Chinese medicine theory, the concrete practice of Chinese medicine innovation, and achieve the great goal of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
