摘　　要：椎针是洪恩四主任中医师根据我国著名针灸专家魏稼教授“经穴无创痛疗法”的理论,并以景德镇李栩堂主任医师捶针为雏形加以改良研发而成的无创痛针具。采用特殊材质加工而成的无创痛针具,是一种不刺入人体肌肤,仅在人体经穴上施以手法治疗疾病的新型外治针具。因专为治疗颈椎病设计,故称之为“椎针”,2009年获国家知识产权局实用新型专利。椎针疗法具有绿色、安全、便捷、无痛、经济等优点,是治疗颈椎病行之有效的无创痛疗法。经阅读近20年椎针相关文献发现,椎针对其他系统的某些疾病疗效确切,现对椎针临床应用情况做一归总,以期为治疗其他疾病提供新思路及方法。The vertebral acupuncture was developed by chief physician of traditional Chinese medicine Hong Ensi based on the theory of “acupoint non-invasive pain therapy”by the famous Chinese acupuncture expert, Professor Wei Jia, and based on the prototype of Jingdezhen Chief Physician Li Xutang’s hammering needle. The non-invasive pain needle made of special materials is a new type of external treatment needle that does not pierce the human skin and only applies manipulation on the human meridian points to treat diseases. Because it is specially designed for the treatment of cervical spondylosis, it is called “vertebral needle”. In 2009, it was awarded a utility model patent by the State Intellectual Property Office. Vertebral manipulation therapy has the advantages of green,safe, convenient, painless, and economical. It is an effective non-invasive pain therapy for the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Reading the literature related to vertebral acupuncture in the past 20 years, it is found that vertebral manipulation therapy has a definite effect on some diseases of other systems. The clinical application of vertebral manipulation therapy is now summarized in order to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of other diseases.
