摘　　要：龙胆泻肝汤方药特点苦寒清利,泻中寓补,降中寓升,以适肝性,为治疗肝胆实火上炎,肝经湿热下注之常用方,临床上肝火上炎常引起头痛胁痛、目赤耳聋,湿热下注阴肿阴痒、小便淋漓及带下病,此文介绍的是龙胆泻肝汤治疗蛇串疮、痛风、癃闭等疾病证属肝经湿热的临床体会,充分体现中医辨证论治的异病同治理论。Longdan Xiegan decoction has the characteristics of bitter cold, clear and diuretic, purgative and tonic, descending and ascending. It is suitable for the liver. It is a common prescription for the treatment of hepatobiliary excess fire inflammation and liver meridian dampness-heat diffused downward. Clinically, it is often used for the treatment of headache, hypochondriac pain, eye redness and deafness caused by hepatobiliary excess fire inflammation, pruritus vulvae, urination dripping and diarrhea caused by dampness-heat diffused downward. The clinical experience of the syndrome of stagnation of bowels and other diseases is dampness-heat of liver meridian with Longdan Xiegan decoction, which fully embodies the theory of treating different diseases with the same treatment in treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.
