独活寄生汤加减内服外洗治疗膝骨性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨独活寄生汤加减内服外洗治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法 按照随机抛硬币法将2019年10月-2020年9月来江西省芦溪县中医院治疗的76例患者分为观察组38例和对照组38例。对照组:布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗。观察组:合并独活寄生汤治疗。观察VAS评分、WOMAC指数、Lequesne评分变化情况及中医证候积分、疗效。结果 2组患者治疗后VAS评分、WOMAC指数及Lequesne评分均低于同组治疗前,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后VAS评分、WOMAC指数及Lequesne评分均低于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后各项中医证候积分均低于同组治疗前,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各项中医证候积分均低于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 独活寄生汤加减内服外洗治疗膝骨性关节炎效果显著,患者恢复情况更佳。Objective To explore the value of Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods According to the random coin tossing method, 76 patients who came to Luxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to September2020 were divided into the observation group(38 cases) and the control group(38 cases). The control group used Ibuprofen sustained release capsules. The observation group was combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction. The VAS score, WOMAC index, Lequesne score, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score and curative effect were observed. Results The VAS score, WOMAC index and Lequesne score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, VAS score, WOMAC index and Lequesne score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment, the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Oral administration and external washing of Duhuo Jisheng decoction is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and the patient’s recovery is better.
