当归补血汤治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后血虚发热临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察当归补血汤治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA术后血虚发热的临床效果。方法 选取40例沈阳市骨科医院骨伤科收治的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,随机分成治疗组与对照组。对照组术后发热常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用当归补血汤口服。比较2组治疗效果及术后血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞比容(HCT)数值。结果 2组患者的HGB、HCT均提升,且治疗组提升水平大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗效方面,治疗组的总有效率(95.00%,19/20)高于对照组(85.00%,17/20),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年高龄股骨粗隆间骨折术后血虚发热的患者,口服当归补血汤可以显著地改善临床症状,升高血红蛋白及红细胞比容,改善贫血,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Danggui Buxue decoction on blood deficiency fever after PFNA in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 40 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in Shenyang Orthopedic Hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group received routine treatment for postoperative fever.The treatment group was treated with Danggui Buxue decoction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects and postoperative hemoglobin(HGB) and hematocrit(HCT) were compared between the two groups. Results HGB and HCT increased in both groups, and the improvement level of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In terms of curative effect, the total effective rate of the observation group(95.00%,19/20) was higher than that of the control group(85.00%,17/20), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with blood deficiency fever after operation of femoral intertrochanteric fracture, oral administration of Danggui Buxue decoction can significantly improve clinical symptoms, increase hemoglobin and hematocrit, improve anemia, and has better clinical effect.
