寒喘祖帕颗粒联合氨溴特罗口服液治疗小儿毛细支气管炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 研究寒喘祖帕颗粒联合氨溴特罗口服液治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果及对肺功能、炎症因子的影响。方法选择2018年12月-2020年12月于大连市妇女儿童医疗中心接受治疗的毛细支气管炎患儿148例,根据治疗方法分为2组,每组74例。对照组采用氨溴特罗治疗,观察组则在此基础上联用寒喘祖帕颗粒,对比2组临床疗效、症状体征消退与住院时间、治疗前后血气分析结果、炎症因子水平及不良反应。结果 观察组总有效率95.95%(71/74)显著高于对照组81.08%(60/74);观察组临床症状、体征消退及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的PaO_(2)高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白介素(IL-6)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 寒喘祖帕颗粒联合氨溴特罗口服液治疗小儿毛细支气管炎具有良好的疗效,改善肺功能,控制炎症反应,安全性高。Objective To research the clinical effect of Hanchuan Zupa granules combined with ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children and its influence on pulmonary function and inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 148 children with bronchiolitis treated in Dalian Municipal Women and Children’s Medical Center from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to treatment methods, with 74 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution, while the observation group was combined with Hanchuan Zupa granules on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect,the time of subsidence of clinical symptoms and hospital stay, the blood gas analysis results before and after treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors and the adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group(95.95%, 71/74) was significantly higher than that of control group(81.08%, 60/74). The disappearance time of subsidence of clinical symptoms and hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05). After treatment,PaO_(2) in the observation group was higher than that in control group, and PaCO_(2) was lower than that in control group(P<0.05). Interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) in the observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Hanchuan Zupa granules combined with ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children has good effect, improve lung function, control inflammatory response, and has high safety.
