开喉剑喷雾剂联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 研究开喉剑喷雾剂联合重组人干扰素α1b注射液雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的效果及对炎症因子水平的影响。方法 选择2018年6月-2020年6月于大连市妇女儿童医疗中心接受治疗的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿110例,随机分为2组,每组55例。对照组采用重组人干扰素α 1b注射液雾化吸入的方法,观察组则在对照组的基础上联用喉剑喷雾剂,对比2组临床疗效、症状消退与进食恢复时间、治疗前后炎症因子水平[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]及不良反应。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率94.55%(52/55)显著高于对照组的81.82%(45/55)(P<0.05);观察组患儿症状消退及进食恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-10、CRP与TNF-α低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 开喉剑喷雾剂联合重组人干扰素α 1b注射液雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎具有显著临床效果,缩短治疗时间,有效抑制炎症反应且安全性高。Objective To research the effect of atomization inhalation of Kaihoujian spray combined with recombinant human interferonα 1b injection in the treatment of infantile herpangina and its influence on inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 110 children with herpangina treated in Dalian Municipal Women and Children’s Medical Center from June 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with atomized inhalation of recombinant human interferon α 1b injection, while the observation group was combined with Kaihoujian spray on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect, symptom subsidence and recovery time of eating, levels of inflammatory factors [C-reactive protein(CRP), interleukin-10(IL-10), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)] and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94.55%(52/55) which was significantly higher than that of control group(81.82%, 44/45)(P<0.05). The symptoms subsided and the recovery time of eating in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The level of IL-10 in observation group was higher than that in control group, while CRP and TNF-α were lower than that in control group after treatment(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reaction between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Kaihoujian spray combined with recombinant human interferon α 1b Injection in the aerosol inhalation treatment of pediatric herpangina has significant curative effect, shorten the treatment time, effectively inhibit inflammatory reaction, and has high safety.
