摘　　要：缓控释制剂具有给药次数少、作用时间长、生物利用度高、释药稳定、不良作用小等特点,已经成为药物研究的热点剂型。通过回顾中药缓控释制剂的历史沿革,梳理中药缓控释制剂分类及释药原理,归纳临床常用中药缓控释剂型,探讨中药缓控释制剂制备方法以及临床应用人群,结合相关文献对中药缓控释制剂的研究概况进行综述,以期对中药缓控释制剂深入研究和推广应用提供参考。Sustained and controlled release preparation has become a hot dosage form in drug research because of its characteristics such as less times of administration, long action time, high bioavailability, stable release and less side effects. By reviewing the history of Chinese medicine sustained and controlled release preparation, sorting out the classification and release principle of Chinese medicine sustained and controlled release preparation, summarizing the commonly used Chinese medicine sustained and controlled release preparation in clinical practice, the paper explores the preparation methods and clinical application population of Chinese medicine sustained and controlled release preparation, and to review the research situation of Chinese medicine sustained and controlled release preparation combined with relevant literature, in order to provide reference for the in-depth research and promotion of Chinese medicine sustained and controlled release preparation.
