梅国强教授思想指导小陷胸汤临床应用举隅

摘　　要：小陷胸汤是临床中常用方剂,具有清热化痰、宽胸散结之功效。临床上辨证为痰热互结的疾病,临床表现各异,常可见一些怪症,治疗上应针对病因清热化痰。国医大师梅国强教授在临床运用小陷胸汤治疗各种内科疾病颇有经验,得益于学术思想指导“异病同治”,病虽不同,然辨证相同,均方选小陷胸汤治疗,临床应用于流涎症和高血压病均取得良效,并附验案。Xiaoxianxiong decoction is very popular in clinical medicine,which derived from the therapeutic principle of clear heat and phlegm,wide chest and loose knot.Disease discriminated as phlegm-heat often appears different clinical manifestations including some strange symptoms.Treatment should be aimed at the method of removing heat-phlegm.Traditional Chinese medicine master Mei Guoqiang is skilled at using Xiaoxianxiong decoction to treat various internal diseases in clinic.Thanks to the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine master Mei Guoqiang’s academic thought,“homotherapy for heteropathy”,different diseases discriminated as phlegm-heat all can choose Xiaoxianxiong decoction to treat.It is effective to use modified Xiaoxianxiong decoction in salivation and hypertension and the cases are attached.
