摘　　要：高危型人乳头瘤病毒(Human papilloma virus,HPV)感染可引起人类的良恶性疾病,即涉及多学科的疾病,HPV还是引起宫颈癌发生的重要原因,严重威胁女性健康及生活质量。研究发现,从感染HPV到进展为宫颈癌之间持续的时间可超过10年,由此可知,做好HPV感染的预防对于预防宫颈癌具有重要意义。文章介绍褚玉霞教授以益气扶正、清热解毒为主,依据不同患者的病因病机进行辨证论治的经验。High risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection can cause human benign and malignant diseases,which involves multi-disciplinary diseases,and is an important cause of cervical cancer,which poses a serious threat to women’s health and quality of life.The study found that the duration from HPV infection to cervical cancer could be more than 10 years.Therefore,the prevention of HPV infection is of great significance for the prevention of cervical cancer.This paper introduces Professor Chu Yuxia’s experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the etiology and pathogenesis of different patients.The clinical effect is remarkable.
