悬灸联合针刺子宫穴治疗乳腺增生症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察悬灸联合针刺子宫穴治疗乳腺增生症的临床效果。方法选取2019年10月—2021年3月威海市中医院热敏灸科门诊诊断为乳腺增生症患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组给予悬灸联合针刺子宫穴治疗乳腺增生症,对照组给予常规针刺治疗,治疗结束后比较2组患者的肿块积分、疼痛积分、全身伴随积分及总有效率。结果治疗组治疗后肿块积分、疼痛积分和全身伴随症状积分与同组治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后肿块积分、疼痛积分和全身伴随症状积分与同组治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组治疗后肿块积分、疼痛积分和全身伴随症状积分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),对照组总有效率为80.00%(24/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论悬灸联合针刺子宫穴治疗乳腺增生症效果显著,可明显改善患者的肿块大小、疼痛程度和全身伴随症状。Objective To observe the clinical effect of suspended moxibustion and acupuncture uterus in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Methods From October 2019 to March 2021,60 patients diagnosed with breast hyperplasia in Weihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The patients in the treatment group were given suspension moxibustion combined with acupuncture at uterine points,while patients in the control group were given conventional acupuncture.After treatment,the mass score,pain score,systemic concomitant score and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The mass score,pain score and systemic symptom score of the treatment group after treatment were compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mass scores,pain scores and systemic symptoms scores of the control group after treatment were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in mass scores,pain scores and systemic symptoms scores between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33%(28/30)in the treatment group and 80.00%(24/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of suspended moxibustion and acupuncture uterus can significantly improve the mass size,pain degree and systemic accompanying symptoms.
