藿香和中汤治疗小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药方剂藿香和中汤治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的效果。方法将54例门诊患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各27例。观察组口服藿香和中汤;对照组口服阿莫西林克拉维酸钾(14∶1)干混悬剂和清热散结胶囊。2组均以7 d为1个疗程,观察治疗效果及不良反应。结果观察组治愈率为74.07%(20/27),高于对照组的51.85%(14/27),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组服藿香和中汤的个别患儿服药数日后出现食欲增加,疗程结束后即恢复正常。对照组个别患儿出现皮疹及腹泻症状。结论藿香和中丸治疗小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎效果显著,无明显毒副反应,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Huoxiang Hezhong decoction in treating acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in children.Methods 54 outpatients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 27 cases in each group.The observation group took Huoxiang Hezhong decoction orally.The control group took orally Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium(14:1)for Suspension and Qingre Sanjie capsule.Both groups took 7 days as a course of treatment,and the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were observed.Results The cure rate of the observation group was 74.07%(20/27),which was higher than that of the control group 51.85%(14/27),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,some children who took Huoxiang Hezhong decoction showed increased appetite after several days of medication and returned to normal after the course of treatment.In the control group,individual children had rash and diarrhea symptoms.Conclusion Huoxiang Hezhong pill has obvious curative effect on acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in children without obvious toxic and side effects,which is worthy of clinical application.
