摘　　要：目的观察南少林理筋手法结合经筋针法治疗膝骨性关节炎患者膝关节功能的效果。方法将60例患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用南少林理筋手法和经筋针法;对照组采用常规推拿及普通针刺治疗。分别于治疗前后对2组患者进行疼痛VAS评估、膝关节活动度检测,对比临床疗效。结果治疗组在减轻膝关节疼痛及提高活动度方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论南少林理筋手法结合经筋针法对改善膝骨性关节炎患者的膝关节功能具有较好效果,适宜推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of South Shaolin manipulation combined with meridian sinew acupuncture in improving knee function of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group was treated with South Shaolin manipulation and meridian sinew acupuncture.The control group was treated with massage therapy and common acupuncture therapy.The pain VAS and range of motion of knee joint were evaluated before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results The treatment group was better than the control group in alleviating knee pain and improving mobility.Conclusion South Shaolin manipulation combined with meridian sinew acupuncture has a good effect on improving the knee function of patients with knee osteoarthritis,and is suitable for popularization.
