摘 要:目的研究针刺对象认知水平与得气的关系,为推进针灸教学和针灸临床提供理论依据。方法选取保山中医药高等专科学校2019级、2020级4个专业420名志愿者并给予针刺,发放、回收针刺感应问卷并进行分析。结果从未学习过针灸的学生和学习或了解针灸的学生对得气的反应存在明显区别,提示在针刺教学或者在针灸临床中,操作前应该告知患者针刺的反应。结论针刺对象认知水平与得气关系密切,得气的影响因素应考虑针刺对象的认知水平。Objective To study the relationship between cognitive level of acupuncture objects and Deqi,so as to provide theoretical basis for promoting acupuncture teaching and acupuncture clinic.Methods A total of 420 volunteers from 4 majors of grade 2019 and grade 2020 in Baoshan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and given acupuncture.Acupuncture sensing questionnaires were distributed and recovered for analysis.Results The students who have never learned acupuncture and moxibustion and those who have learned or understood acupuncture and moxibustion have obvious differences in their reactions to Deqi,which suggests that patients should be informed of their reactions before acupuncture teaching or clinical acupuncture.Conclusion The cognitive level of acupuncture objects is closely related to Deqi,and the influencing factors of Deqi should consider the cognitive level of acupuncture objects.
