摘　　要：来玉芹副主任医师在临床治疗中讲究辨病与辨证相结合,首先根据四诊资料及辅助检查明确诊断,然后根据中医理论,先辨病,次辨证,再议法,后议药,辨证准确,方药对证,疗效尤佳。作者随师侍诊,收集整理医案,总结来玉芹副主任医师治疗附件囊肿的临床经验。“内外合治”附件囊肿临床效果显著,值得临床推广。Associate chief physician Lai Yuqin insists the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation in the clinical treatment,according to the four diagnosis data and auxiliary examination to make a clear diagnosis,then according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,firstly diseases differentiation,secondly syndrome differentiation,thirdly treatment methods,finally prescriptions and herbs was obvious effect.The author followed the teacher to consult,collected and sorted out the medical records,and summarized the clinical experience of associate chief physician Lai Yuqin in the treatment of adnexal cyst.The clinical effect of“internal and external therapy”in the treatment of adnexal cyst is remarkable,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
