《针灸大成》风池穴配伍及应用研究

摘　　要：总结《针灸大成》有关风池穴的记载,了解其定位、穴性、刺法灸法,总结分析其临床应用,其治疗作用广泛,以头风、头痛、眩晕等神经系统疾病为主,与他穴配合使用治疗伤寒、咳嗽等肺系疾病及眼科疾病较多。配穴所属经络以阳经为主,五输穴使用较多,配合使用最多的穴位主要有合谷、风府。发现穴位的主治作用主要根据位置及穴性,风池的作用以局部病变及与风邪相关疾病为主。This article summarized the records of Fengchi(GB20)in Zhenjiu Dacheng,understood its positioning,acupoint nature,acupuncture moxibustion and moxibustion method,and summarized and analyzed its clinical application.Its therapeutic effect is extensive,mainly for nervous system diseases such as head wind,headache,vertigo,etc.,and it is used in combination with his point to treat typhoid fever,cough and other pulmonary diseases and eye diseases.The meridians belonging to the compatibility points are mainly yang meridian,and the five transfusion points are used more.The most commonly used acupoints are Hegu(LI4)and Fengfu(DU16).It was found that the therapeutic effect of acupoints are mainly based on location and acupoint nature,and the effect of Fengchi(DU16)is mainly based on local lesions and diseases related to wind pathogen.
