阴阳离决精气乃绝在治疗急危重症中的理论意义

摘　　要：“阴阳离决,精气乃绝”出自《黄帝内经》,阴气和平,阳气固密,人的精神才会正常。如果阴阳分离决绝,人的精气就会随之而竭绝。精气,生命的本源,包括“先天之精”和“后天之精”两部分,肾为先天之本,脾为后天之本,肾藏先后天之精,元阴元阳之处。阴阳分离决绝,肾精的亡失,最终导致生命的终结。随着现代医学对急危重症治疗的快速发展,中医治疗急危重症逐渐被人忽视,探讨“阴阳离决,精气乃绝”作为指导思想在治疗急危重症中有着重要的理论意义。“When yin and yang separating,essential qi expiring”comes from the Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine,the yin qi is peaceful,the yang qi is solid and dense,and the human spirit can be normal.If the yin and yang are separated,the human essence will be exhausted.Essential qi,the source of life,includes“innate essence”and“acquired essence”.The kidney is the essence of the innate,and the spleen is the essence of the acquired.The kidney stores the essence of the heavens,the original yin and the original yang.The separation of yin and yang is decisive,and the loss of kidney essence will eventually lead to the end of life.With the rapid development of modern medicine in the treatment of acute and severe diseases,the treatment of critical and critical illnesses by traditional Chinese medicine has gradually been ignored.The discussion of“when yin and yang separating,essential qi expiring”as a guiding ideology has important theoretical significance in the treatment of acute and severe diseases.
