摘　　要：糖尿病引起神经系统并发症,其中累及周围神经最常见,颅神经较少受累,糖尿病性眼肌麻痹是颅神经受累表现,其约占糖尿病并发症的0.4%~5%。作者在临床上运用中西医结合方法治疗糖尿病性眼肌麻痹1例,同时查阅相关文献对糖尿病性眼肌麻痹的发病机制、临床表现、诊断依据、中西医治疗等方面进行全面的文献回顾。Diabetes causes neurological complications,of which peripheral nerves are the most common,cranial nerves are less involved;diabetic ophthalmoplegia is a manifestation of cranial nerve involvement,which accounts for about 0.4% to 5% of diabetic complications.The author used integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine to treat one case of diabetic ophthalmoplegia clinically,and at the same time consulted relevant literature to conduct a comprehensive literature review on the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis basis,treatment of diabetic ophthalmoplegia and other aspects of diabetic ophthalmoplegia.
