摘　　要：肾结石是一种常见的泌尿系统疾病,发病率高,其形成过程复杂,西医手术治疗不但对肾实质有损伤,且易出现并发症,易复发。肾结石属于中医“石淋”“腰痛”等范畴,其病因病机主要为湿热蕴结下焦,肾与膀胱气化不利;以肾虚为本,膀胱湿热为标;表现为虚实夹杂的病理状态,治疗原则以清热利湿、化石排石为主,辅以补肾、疏肝行气和活血通络止痛。Renal calculus is a common urinary system disease,with a high incidence,the formation of which is a very complicated process,surgical treatment of renal calculus with western medicine not only has damage to renal parenchyma,but also is prone to complications and recurrence.Renal calculus belong to the categories of“urolithiasis”and“lumbago”in traditional Chinese medicine.The etiology and pathogenesis of renal calculus in traditional Chinese medicine are mainly dampness-heat accumulation of lower energizer,kidney and bladder gasification disorder.Based on kidney deficiency and marked by dampness and heat of bladder.The pathological state is the mixture of deficiency and excess.The principle of the treatment of which is to clear away heat and dampness,make renal calculus break into small pieces and eliminate the stones,supplemented by tonifying kidney,soothing the liver and promoting qi,activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals to relieve pain.
