半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗痰湿中阻型眩晕的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析痰湿中阻型眩晕在治疗时用半夏白术天麻汤加减的效果。方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月在沈阳医学院附属第二医院治疗的92例痰湿中阻型眩晕患者,用随机方式均匀分为2组,每组46例。参照组用西药治疗,观察组用中药治疗,比较相关情况、不良情况。结果治疗后,观察组左椎动脉流速(t=5.753,P=0)、右椎动脉流速(t=8.706,P=0)、基底动脉流速(t=4.316,P=0)比参照组更好;观察组不良情况比参照组少(х^(2)=4.089,P=0.043)。结论针对痰湿中阻型眩晕患者应用半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗,能高质量改善患者症状、保障血流动力学等,效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in the treatment of phlegm-dampness vertigo.Methods A total of 92 patients with phlegm-dampness vertigo treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine.Related conditions and adverse conditions was compared.Results After treatment,the left vertebral artery flow(t=5.753,P=0.000),the right vertebral artery flow(t=8.706,P=0.000),and the basilar artery flow rate(t=4.316,P=0.000)of the two groups were observed.The related conditions of the group were better than the reference group,the ratio of adverse conditions between the two groups(х^(2)=4.089,P=0.043),the observation group had fewer adverse conditions than the reference group.Conclusion The application of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction for patients with phlegm-dampness vertigo can improve the symptoms of patients with high quality and ensure hemodynamics.The effect is significant.
