血府逐瘀汤联合芍药甘草汤治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者应用血府逐瘀汤联合芍药甘草汤治疗的临床效果。方法选择2019年5月—2020年7月本溪市中医院收治的88例中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组,各44例。对照组应用西医治疗,研究组以对照组为基础,应用血府逐瘀汤联合芍药甘草汤治疗,比较临床疗效、肢体功能评分及日常生活能力评分。结果相比对照组的总有效率72.73%(32/44),研究组总有效率93.18%(41/44)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);评分指标(肢体功能、日常生活能力)治疗前组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),相比对照组,研究组治疗后指标评分均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组、研究组不良反应发生率分别为6.82%(3/44)、9.09%(4/44),对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者的治疗中,应用血府逐瘀汤联合芍药甘草汤效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Shaoyao Gancao decoction in the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke.Methods 88 patients with spastic paralysis after stroke in Benxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,while the study group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and Shaoyao Gancao decoction based on the control group.The clinical effect,limb function score and ADL score were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate was 72.73%(32/44),the total effective rate of the study group was 93.18%(41/44),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the score index(limb function,ability of daily living)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the score after treatment in the study group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and the study group were 6.82%(3/44)and 9.09%(4/44),respectively,and there was no statistical significance in comparison(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke,Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Shaoyao Gancao decoction has significant effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.
