补肾疏肝汤联合针刺治疗肝郁肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究补肾疏肝汤联合针刺治疗肝郁肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕症的临床效果。方法选取2019年2月—2021年2月在大连市妇女儿童医疗中心(集团)就诊的肝郁肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕症患者76例,随机分为2组,各38例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组补肾疏肝汤联合针刺治疗。比较2组患者排卵和妊娠情况、性激素水平及不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组排卵率及妊娠率较高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,经治疗试验组促黄体激素(LH)、泌浮素(PRL)水平较低,促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)水平较高;与对照组比较,试验组不良反应发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾疏肝汤联合针刺可有效促进肝郁肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕症患者排卵,提高妊娠率,且不良反应率较低,安全高效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Shugan decoction combined with acupoint acupuncture in the treatment of anovulatory infertility of liver depression and kidney deficiency type.Methods 76 patients with anovulatory infertility of liver depression and kidney deficiency type in Dalian Women and Children’s Medical Center(Group)from February 2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received more with Bushen Shugan decoction and acupoint acupuncture.Ovulation and pregnancy,sex hormone levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of experimental group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and prolactin(PRL)were lower in the experimental group after treatment,while the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)were higher.Compared with control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Shugan decoction combined with acupoint acupuncture can effectively promote ovulation in patients with anovulatory infertility of liver depression and kidney deficiency type,improve pregnancy rate,and has low adverse reaction rate,which is safe and efficient.
