中西医结合舒适化医疗方案在痔病术后的应用

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合舒适化医疗方案应用在痔病术后的疗效。方法将60例混合痔术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用中西医结合舒适化医疗管理方案;对照组采用常规多模式疼痛管理方案。观察2组患者术后5 d内的疼痛分值、盐酸曲马多使用量以及舒适化总满意率。结果治疗组术后第2~5天疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组盐酸曲马多使用剂量低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组舒适化总满意率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的76.67%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合舒适化医疗管理方案能更好地降低术后第2~5天的疼痛,减少术后盐酸曲马多镇痛的使用量,提高患者围手术期的舒适度。Objective To observe the effect of comfortable medical treatment with traditional Chinese and western medicine in operation of hemorrhoids.Methods 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group adopted the comfortable medical management program of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The control group received conventional multimodal pain management.The pain score,tramadol hydrochloride usage and total satisfaction rate of comfort were observed in two groups within 5 days after operation.Results The pain score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group on the 2nd to 5th day after surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Tramadol hydrochloride dosage in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort satisfaction rate of the treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that of the control group(76.67%,23/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comfortable medical treatment with traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively reduce anal pain from day 2 to day 5 after operation,reduce the use of tramadol drugs,and improve the comfort of patients.
