金水宝胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨金水宝胶囊联合厄贝沙坦对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血液流变学的影响。方法收集早期DN患者110例,采用抽签法将患者分为联合组和厄贝沙坦组,各55例。厄贝沙坦组给予口服厄贝沙坦治疗,联合组在厄贝沙坦组基础上加金水宝胶囊治疗。对比2组治疗前后的血液流变学指标[血浆黏度(PV)、全血高切黏度(HBV)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)]、肾功能指标[内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、白蛋白与肌酐比值(ACR)]的变化及临床疗效。结果联合组总有效率较厄贝沙坦组明显提高(P<0.05),治疗后,联合组PV、HBV、Fg、ACR水平均明显低于厄贝沙坦组(P<0.05),Ccr明显高于厄贝沙坦组(P<0.05)。结论金水宝胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗DN可有效改善患者的血液流变学,减轻炎症水平,改善肾功能,提高临床效果。Objective To investigate the effect on hemorheology of patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN)treated by Jinshuibao capsule combined with irbesartan.Methods 110 patients with DN were collected in the early stage,they were divided into combined group and the irbesartan group by drawing lots,and there were 55 patients in each group.The irbesartan group was given oral irbesartan treatment,and the combination group was treated with Jinshuibao capsule on the basis of irbesartan group.The changes of hemorheological indexes(plasma viscosity(PV)),whole blood high shear viscosity(HBV),fibrinogen(Fg),renal function index(Ccr),albumin to creatinine ratio(ACR)before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the irbesartan group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PV,HBV,Fg and ACR in the combined group were significantly lower than that of the irbesartan group(P<0.05),and Ccr was significantly higher than that of the irbesartan group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Jinshuibao capsule and irbesartan can effectively improve the hemorheology,reduce the level of inflammation,and improve renal function and clinical effect.
