摘　　要：湿疹是皮肤科常见疾病,其反复发作,缠绵难愈,影响患者生活质量。如何防治湿疹是皮肤科医生所需要面对的重要问题。五运六气理论吸收了中医学的阴阳、五行理论,将三阴三阳、五行生克相结合,将天地之气周期性的变化进行高度概括与总结,并认为天地阴阳之气的变更会影响人体脏腑、精气的盛衰,从而诱发人体罹患疾病。笔者导师张晓杰教授结合五运六气理论,运用运气方治疗湿疹等皮肤科疾病,在临床上取得了一定成果。Eczema is a common disease in dermatology.It occurs repeatedly and is hard to cure,which affects patients’quality of life.How to prevent and treat eczema is an important problem that dermatologists need to face.The theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors absorbs the theory of yin yang and five elements in traditional Chinese medicine,and combined three yin and three yang with five elements’generation and restriction,summarizes the periodic changes of the qi of sky and earth.It considers that the change of yin-yang qi in sky and earth will affect the rise and fall of human’s qi in viscera and essence,induce people to get disease.Professor Zhang achieved some results clinical in treating eczema with the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and corresponding prescription.
