从脾肾论治支气管哮喘的应用探讨

摘　　要：支气管哮喘是临床中呼吸系统的常见病,发作时严重影响患者的日常生活,甚则危及生命。中医在治疗哮喘方面不良作用少、安全性高且长期疗效优越,值得进一步推广。文章从支气管哮喘的病位关系、病因病机以及治疗方法等多方面进行论述,认为从脾肾论治是治疗支气管哮喘的关键。故临床用药中应重视脾肾,以期达到未病先防、既病防变的目的,提高患者的生活质量。Bronchial asthma is a common respiratory disease in clinic,and it can seriously affect patients’daily life or even endanger their lives during the attack.Traditional Chinese medicine has few side effects,high safety and excellent long-term curative effect in treating asthma,which is worthy of further promotion.This paper discusses the relationship between disease location,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods of bronchial asthma,and holds that the treatment from spleen and kidney is the key to treat bronchial asthma.Therefore,attention should be paid to spleen and kidney in clinical medication to prevent further development of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.
