摘 要:目的探究苦参总黄酮对肝纤维化模型大鼠丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBiL)、Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端原肽(PIIINP)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)水平的影响。方法经CCl4灌胃法制备大鼠肝纤维化模型,将36只成模大鼠分为肝纤维化组、苦参总黄酮组、阳性药组,每组12只,另12只未造模大鼠为正常组。分别在干预1周、4周后,采用试剂盒检测ALT、TBiL、PIIINP、LN、HA水平。结果干预1周、4周后,肝纤维化组、苦参总黄酮组和阳性药组血清5项水平较同期正常组高(P<0.05)。干预4周后,苦参总黄酮组和阳性药组血清5项水平较同期肝纤维化组低(P<0.05)。干预4周后,肝纤维化组血清5项水平较同组干预1周后高(P<0.05),苦参总黄酮组和阳性药组血清5项水平较同组干预1周后低(P<0.05)。结论苦参总黄酮可延缓并逆转CCl4诱导的肝纤维化,改善肝功能。Objective To investigate the effect of total flavonoids of Sophora flavescens on alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBiL),type Ⅲ procollagen amino terminal propeptide(PIIINP),laminin(LN)and hyaluronic acid(HA)levels on liver fibrosis in rats.Methods The rat liver fibrosis model was established by gavage of CCl4,and 36 model rats were divided into liver fibrosis group,total flavonoids of Sophora flavescens group and positive drug group,with 12 rats in each group,and 12 unmodeled rats were as the normal group.After 1 week and 4 weeks of intervention,respectively,the ALT,TBiL,PIIINP,LN,HA levels were determined by kits.Results After 1 week and 4 weeks of intervention,the serum ALT,TBiL,PIIINP,LN and HA levels in the liver fibrosis group,the total flavonoids of Sophora flavescens group and the positive drug group were significantly higher than those in the normal group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the serum five kinds levels in the total flavonoids of Sophora flavescens group and the positive drug group were lower than those in the liver fibrosis group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the serum five kinds levels in the liver fibrosis group were significantly higher than those after 1 week of intervention(P<0.05),the serum five kinds levels in the total flavonoids of Sophora flavescens group and the positive drug group were significantly higher than those after 1 week of intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Total flavonoids of Sophora flavescens can delay and reverse CCl4-induced hepatic fibrosis and improve liver function.
