摘　　要：自闭症是最常见的神经心理疾病,以持续存在的社会交往交流障碍、异常狭窄的兴趣范围或活动内容和行为表现刻板重复为核心特征,此文从自闭症相关文献进行分析,初步探讨从脑论治自闭症的有效性与可行性,深化治疗机制,从“脑主神明”的学术观点及“肠-脑轴”理论学说的角度来探究自闭症的病因病机,从中医整体观念和现代医学的神经、内分泌、免疫、代谢网络学说等层面深入研究自闭症的作用机制,从而为自闭症的机制探究和临床应用奠定基础。Autism is the most common of mental illness,with persistent social communication disorders,abnormal narrow scope of interest or repetitive patterns as the core content and behavior performance characteristics.Based on the analysis of autism related literature,this paper preliminarily discusses the effectiveness and feasibility of treating autism from the perspective of brain theory,deepening the treatment mechanism,exploring the etiology and pathogenesis of autism from the academic viewpoint of“brain governing the mind”and the theoretical theory of“gut-brain axis”,and further studies autism from the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the neural,endocrine,immune and metabolic network theory of modern medicine,so as to lay a foundation for the research and clinical application of autism.
