基于肾-精-天癸理论探讨围绝经期综合征肾虚相关病因病机与治疗

摘　　要：围绝经期综合征是指女性在绝经前后卵巢功能减退而出现的一系列以植物神经系统功能紊乱为主,伴有神经心理症状的一组证候群。肾虚为此病的根本病因,补肾填精为治疗的根本大法。作者从中医学“肾-精-天癸”理论出发,围绕心肾不交、肝肾阴虚、脾肾阳虚3种证型对围绝经期综合征肾虚相关病因病机及治疗进行探讨,以期为临床治疗围绝经期综合征提供依据。Perimenopausal syndrome refers to a series of syndromes characterized by dysfunction of autonomic nervous system and accompanied by neuropsychological symptoms caused by ovarian dysfunction before and after menopause.Kidney deficiency is the fundamental cause of this disease.Starting from the theory of“kidney-Jing-Tiangui”in traditional Chinese medicine,the author discusses the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of kidney deficiency in perimenopausal syndrome around three syndrome of imbalance between heart and kidney,yin deficiency of liver and kidney,yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,in order to provide basis for clinical treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.
