基于见微知著探析伏邪理论在疾病早识中的应用

摘　　要：见微知著是中医诊断学中的基本原理之一,同时也是中医极为高深的境界。随着现代医学诊断技术的发展,“见微知著”的境界愈发凸显其作用,同时,其内涵也随之扩展,不仅包含中医的四诊,还包含了现代微观诊断。掌握见微知著的手段可以洞悉伏邪,及早地认识和鉴别疾病,并为疾病的防治提供方案。总之,见微知著在现代疾病诊断与治疗中有着重要的作用。文章主要从见微知著的渊源及含义、伏邪的认识与伏邪理论在现代医学中的应用及见微知著在伏邪早识中的运用三个层次来说明见微知著在疾病早识中的运用以及未来可能的发展趋势。Seeing significant changes from tiny places is one of the basic principles in Chinese medicine diagnostics,and it is also an extremely advanced realm of Chinese medicine.With the development of modern medical diagnostic technology,the realm of seeing significant changes from tiny places has become more and more prominent,at the same time,its connotation also expands,that is,it not only includes the four diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine,but also modern micro diagnosis.Mastering the means of seeing significant changes from tiny places can be insight into the hidden pathogenic qi,early understanding and identification of diseases,and provide programs for the prevention and treatment of diseases.In short,it plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of modern diseases.This article mainly explains the origin and meaning of seeing significant changes from tiny places,the understanding of hidden pathogenic qi and the application of hidden pathogenic qi theory in modern medicine,and the application of seeing significant changes from tiny places in the early knowledge of hidden pathogenic qi.
